Xbox Service Order Beyond 30 Days

Hoping to get help with an issue getting my Xbox serviced. It's had a display issue since I got it, but is quite intermittent, and I was hesitant to send it in.

I'm now sure it need to be serviced, but wasn't able to send in the device when I created the ticket due to quarantine. I'm not sure why I went through with the order when I wasn't sure about sending the device, but here I am.

So I have a service ticket dated for mid March that says it will be closed if Microsoft doesn't receive the device within 30 days. I can print off the shipping label still, but don't want to risk losing the device via shipping services. I attempted to close
the ticket, but it's still there, after at least another week. I would really just like to create another support ticket, but that causes errors and won't let me do so.

My ideal solution would be an updated shipping label, or the ability to create another service request without dates from March. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Otra via seria ver si se puede actualizar tu ticket alo mejor como esta la situacion se puede hacer para ello deberias de marcar al sorporte y averiguar si se puede

Another way would be to see if you can update your ticket to the better as this the situation can be done for it you should dial the sorporte and find out if you can]

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We suggest requesting a call from support. They will be able to assist you further in this matter.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

I'd definitely pre-order a digital game 6 months in advance...if there was a good offer, say, pre-order for £30. But that will never happen.

Instead we are still being charged £55 for the standalone vanilla editions of digital games, which this day and age is beyond contempt.

And tomorrow is the last day the controller has to arrive since tomorrow is the end of the 30 days. will Microsoft cancel the service and send back my controller even though they have it or will they continue with the service order? And deliver it past the end of the 30 days you have to send it back.
