    Xbox service not working 80C90010


    Hi, I have recently got a xbox Live Service problem. I deleted caches and other profiles I don't use. Also I did the delete and re download update and still get the error message as seen below. Can someone help me
    please? The only thing I can't do is watch movies via Microsoft movies and TV app. My Netflix etc works fine. Please help!

    I cannot find the reset console section. In my console settings, there is no option to update or reset just the usual display, audio etc.

    Thank you for reaching out to Xbox forums support. I'm sorry to hear about that error that you've been dealing with.

    If you haven't already done so, go ahead and try performing a Soft console Factory
    reset     on your console by doing the following:

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select All Settings.
    4. Select System.
    5. Select Console info & updates.
    6. Select Reset console. [DO NOT KEEP MY GAMES AND APPS]
    Make sure you have both your email and password on hand as you will be asked to sign back in. There is an option to delete everything, go with that option. You will have to reinstall your games, apps and profiles but that should clear out your issue / problem.
