Xbox service issues

Hi

I cannot connect to xbox live or go onto the internet via my xbox anymore, when I test the connection is fine but there are "xbox service issues" What does this mean?

Also

I am unable to create a new account when I select any option it gives me an error message and to try again later.

Please help?

Hey Bella,

That does suck I can only think that it was a glitch in the system or soemtning. Hopefully we can help you get the request back in.

What error is it givign you when you try and submit a new request?

Xbox Service Issues

I have been waiting since July for my shipping box to send in my Xbox to get serviced after the power block crapped out on me after 1 month. 1 MONTH. After trying for two months to talk to someone about getting the shipping box, I log onto my service.xbox.com
today to find that my order is no longer there. Not only is my previous order not there I can't create a new service request for the xbox. I'm trying to keep my cool about this but this is ridiculous.

Try this. Log out of all profiles on the console. Then remove the problematic profile for the console. After that is done do a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational reload your profile and test to see if it is working. Let us know. Good Luck!!

If you do this you can't connect to the internet, so how do you retrieve your profile?

Hey there Mr Zakerson,

Are you having a similar issue as Player353079552? Doing the steps suggested by Genesis1953 will not disconnect you from the internet. Those steps will actually refresh your profile on the console and can resolve an issue where you are signed in, but can't
connect to Xbox Live.

Hi

I tried the suggestion below but still nothing, I am unable to even load or create a profile. It keeps saying: there was a problem and we could not continue (0x80a40019)

Any suggestions?

Also? I did a console factory reset and the process got stuck at the update phase it connected to the internet but once it got to the update phase it kept saying xbox service issues, the problem is on our side, try again later.

Generally the error is caused due to network issues. We're not tracking any issues like this currently. So let's have you try this guide and make sure your internet connection on the console is solid and in perfect working order. Xbox

Yes but only half the time for some reason I tried googling one of them and I found a list of things to try like restarting, logging out and back in and hard restart and none of it worked
