Xbox service issue

The Xbox store hasn't been working for me in a week and I can't launch apps while playing games or update my Xbox and I've tried contacting support which sent me to a virtual agent which didn't help one bit and every time it says wanna talk to a real person
it just sends me to step one of the support area which isn't a person. I tried looking a customer support email address which most companies have but I can't find one so I need help from someone on here who knows what to do

If you do this you can't connect to the internet, so how do you retrieve your profile?

Yes but only half the time for some reason I tried googling one of them and I found a list of things to try like restarting, logging out and back in and hard restart and none of it worked

Are you in the insider programme if you are remove your console from this then reboot it you can join the insider programme again this worked for me.

Hi there,

I would recommend a full reboot of your console as well as modem / router. This should hopefully resolve the issue however if it doesnt please let us know!

Hey I rebooted my Xbox and my modem and waited for like an hour and still doesn't let update use the store, it doesn't give me an error code just says try again later

Thanks for the reply! I'm sorry to hear about the issue with the console. I recommend to try a
power cycle
of the console.

If the problem persists, try doing a
soft factory reset of the console,
Reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. This will help refresh the console's operating system.

Note: Before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and
passwords for your Xbox profiles.

Try this out and let us know the results.

Also? I did a console factory reset and the process got stuck at the update phase it connected to the internet but once it got to the update phase it kept saying xbox service issues, the problem is on our side, try again later.
