XBOX Service Deplorable

I cannot access my XBOX having called Microsoft on numerous occassions and having been hung up on more than 3 times after explaining my problem and promised help. The system all of a sudden does not accept my 5 year old email address or password anymore.
It did not prevent Microsoft from charging me for purchased games or my yearly GOLDEN subscription. Futhermore, I have NEFLIX monthly charges on a system that I cannot access. Looking to the forum for advice whether to cancel my subscripton and save over
$200.00 per year for a system that I cannot use or continue to try to work with these ya hoos to try to rectify my problem.

since this is in the Xbox 360 section, and you say it doesn't take your E-Mail and password:

If you are still able to sign in with your correct account on the Xbox.com website, but not the Xbox 360 console, you might want to check on
Sign in to your Microsoft account if the Two Step Verification system is protecting your account (which is basically a Good Thing(TM)), but on the Xbox 360 you will have to create a so called "App Password"
to sign in on the console with that App Password instead of your regular password.
