Xbox service department is a joke

sent my Xbox one s in for repair because it will never read any kind of disc. After 2 and a half week got my Xbox back unrepaired and a note saying that the console was opened and modified. After being on the phone twice for a total of an hour and a half
they will not repair. I've been reading lots of reviews on this issue and my sticker on the back is still in tact and if I would have opened the console up that sticker would have been broken. Unit is still under warranty and because there are 2 little marks
on the back they say it's been tampered with and will NOT FIX! If anyone's that has young kids that they buy the system from are not going to be in spectacular shape. Other then those 2 marks the unit is in spectacular condition. The marks could be from moving
into a new house or being moved from the living tv center to the kids tv centers. Just because a console has marks doesn't mean that it's been opened. Microsoft is nothing but crooks and thieves. They line their pockets off hard working American people and
have no customer service or car employees about their customers, they are the one step paying their bills, their mansions and their lifestyle. I'm boycotting Microsoft and I'm letting this out to the American people. I'm writing our local news channel and
letting them know how Microsoft is. Worst company to do business with and they will never get anymore of my money and hopefully other people will do the same.

I could waste my time typing the most eloquent speech but it would be irrelavent. So I will put it simply the customer service department is a joke, a joke on every customer of this product.

 

How to make official complaint regarding Xbox Customer Service?

I too think it is a joke there is no relevant complaints department.

 

Marks on the outer case do not explain denial for modifications.
