    Hi, I have been trying to get in contact with Microsoft now for over a week. I'm having a number of issues with my Series X which is only 7 months old.

    I'm having update problems with the machine freezing at 85%, reading of disc errors (0x82d40004) and now i'm having problems with the controller not connecting with the Xbox on start up. The controller starts the console but then starts flashing, when i press the sync button on the Xbox nothing happens. I have to force shut down the console, unplug the mains supply, reconnect everything and then restart the console for the sync button to work. I have to do this everytime i want to use my Xbox.

    I have tried everyday to try and book my console for a repair on the website but when i get to the very end it says there's a problem please try again later?

    There's nobody you can contact even the call back on the site doesnt work.

    Does anyone else have this problem and if so have you managed to resolve it.

    Never had any kind of issue both on S and X. Many times I dropped controllers on the floor with batteries all around. But, both are solid rock machines.

    Hi, I have tried to request a repaire through Firefox/Edge and Chrome but the website keeps bringing up the same error, right at the very end.
