    Not sure how to begin but on 4/14/20 i shipped my device out for a warranty repair in its original box with all included hardware (power cable,hdmi cable, controller, and a game that was in the console when it died) however when i received my xbox from
    the repair 4/24/20 it was not in the box I sent it in and it was missing the all cables the controller and the game that was in my xbox when it bit the bullet was not there. Does anyone know how i could get in contact with customer support about this issue?
    I tried the call scheduling but was told nothing was available for my issue.

    Never had any kind of issue both on S and X. Many times I dropped controllers on the floor with batteries all around. But, both are solid rock machines.
