    Xbox servers not recognizing my gold subscription


    Hello everyone, so, recently i was going to play the walking dead season 2 from telltales, and it says that i don't own an xbox live subscription, so, i can't buy anything on sale that requires gold subscription or play any game from games with gold, but
    when i try to play online games i can play just fine, i've tried to search on the support for something related to this... but nothing.

    I've already tried to clear the cache from my console, but i also can't buy games on sale even here on the xbox website, so, there's something really wrong happening on the servers, could someone from support help me please?

    Xbox rewards is recognizing my gold subscription suppose to be giving me 4% back it's only giving me 2% please help

    After reviewing your account, your Gold subscription for the last three months was a promotional, discounted subscription. As mentioned in the FAQ, promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards:

    My Xbox Live Rewards account is not recognizing my Xbox Live Gold membership. What should I do?



    Xbox Live Rewards can only recognize paid monthly or yearly standard, non-promotional Xbox Live Gold memberships. If you have a different type of membership, we may not be able to recognize you as an Xbox Live Rewards Gold member.

    We see that you are not receiving Gold Status this month due to your subscription being a promotional Gold subscription for 1 month. Promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards, so your free 1 month is not eligible. From our FAQ:

    For help with the Rewards program, you'll need to post here -

    Keep in mind that if you just upgraded to gold, it can take several days for the Rewards servers to update. If you have been on a gold subscription for a while there are certain subscriptions that are not recognized as an actual subscription on the program.
