    it's a problem known to the xbox people and they're already working on it maybe it's because of old achievements that aren't updated to avoid saturation on servers

    Try performing a hard reset by pressing the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts off completely. Then unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. If it continues, submit an error report via this link.

    You may find it is a temporary issue....I had the same issue with the Rewards app for a day but it resolved itself in the early hours of this morning
