Thank you for this update, relaying the information now. A few more questions:

1. Have you tried connecting your console to a mobile hotspot? - This will help us determine whether there's an issue with the ISP or the console connecting with our servers.

2. Do you have a Pi-hole configured with your router? - There have been multiple reports of Pi-hole configurations causing issues with Xbox consoles connecting to our servers.

1. Yes, no change. No other devices in my home besides my Xbox One and Series X (and a Series S I also tested) have these issues. WiFi and Ethernet show no difference in upload speeds. Again, my Xbox on a browser speed test shows that it is getting my normal speeds, so it can't be my ISP. I even upgraded from 20 mbps to 40 mbps upload, and while my download improved, my upload remained stagnant to the Xbox servers. I had a Microsoft Expert even tell me the problem is not on my end.

1. Can you confirm whether you're playing games via cloud gaming or locally saved games?

2. What titles are you experiencing this input delay? We notice that you've stated "all games" are experiencing this issue but can you be a bit more specific?

1.) I'm playing via locally saved games. I've tried to play cloud games, and it's not possible to cloud game on my throttled upload speeds. However bad my saved games play, this is much worse. I have a friend on the same internet plan, with his actual speeds, who has no issues with cloud gaming. But it's unplayably laggy and jittery for me. Cloud gaming isn't terribly important to me day-to-day, but I do pay for the service, and I can't use it.

2.) I've played NHL22, Fortnite, MLB: The Show, Warzone, Halo Infinite over the last handful of months, all with delay to varying degrees, especially the quick twitch games with multiple inputs in short succession. Some of these I cannot play anymore due to the delay/sluggish feel. NHL22 is the game I typically have played the most over the course of my 7 month issue. There have been rare nights where I play with delay, and then in the early morning hours, I get my proper speeds and suddenly, it's crisp as can be. When it started in the fall, I'd have entirely good weeks even. Over the last few months, my issue is unceasing. Like I said earlier, if I test 10 times on Xbox Network Performance, it will register 40 mbps on 1-2 tests, but 3-4 mbps on the rest. It's like it flickers but can't sustain it.

(To be clear and reiterate, if I do a speed test on my Xbox's Edge browser -- like "speedtest.net" -- I ALWAYS get my proper speeds all day, every day. All other non-Xbox devices have no issue. This is specific to Xbox server tests and performance.)

We don't have that kind of information. All that's known is that the teams are working on the issue.
