Xbox server connectivity

Hi> I just bought a game AOE DE from window store. However i cant play as I can't connecto to my xbox profile. Everytime i click on xbox app, it told me "You are not connected to the internet".

I have accessed to Xbox Networking. Everything was fine. except Sever COnnectivity. I clicked on support link below , tried all solutions it provided . However it doesn't work

• Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the affected game?

The problem happend with my Window Store before, which made me couldnot buy that game (or ANY APPS from Window Store). It always had an error from Window Store "You'll
need the Internet for this 0x80070cf" .

I have tried to run trouble shooter and reset however it doesn't work. All oher methods I googled like check firewall, date and time setting, turn off virus security app ...etc I have tried all but it didnot work.

Yesterday all of the sudden the Window store worked and I could buy and download the game. It requre Xbox live sync so I click on Xbox and that error happen "You are not connected to the internet".

Also yesterday I deleted Xbox live and planned to download it back from Window Store. However now my Window Store not working again . And again, this error " You'll
need the Internet for this 0x80070cf"

- I connected through wireless network

Thanks for the response, we have received am update from the game developer that there's an issue launching or accessing the game Age of Empire. All platforms like computer and consoles are affected. They are already working on a fix. If you still encountering
