Paul from Xbox Forums Team here to assist with the issue, it looks like while on PC there is an issue going on with the Xbox Apps getting a blocked connection issue. With this I suggest contacting windows support to see if they can check if the firewall
settings on the device are blocking the application. Here is a link to

I have the same issue. I tried everything on this site:

Xbox App Server Connectivity on Windows 10 Is Blocked

My Xbox App Settings:

Internet: Connected

Live-Services: Running

Multiplayer:

NAT-Type: Open

Server connectivity: Blocked

Latency: 185ms

Paketloss: 1%

Any Ideas?

 

Also having the same issue. This also prevents from playing online multiplayer games that are tied to xbox.

For example, I am not able to connect to the online multiplayer for Forza Horizon 4.

I've already tried every step there is and it still doesn't work.

 

Hey guys, i have a solution that works for me.

Unistall the Microsoft Windows Update KB4457142. Try it!

As the title says, i go to my safety settings and change 'You can create and join clubs' to allow, and when i click 'Submit', the page refreshes and goes back to Block! The xbox app on PC says that i need to change
the setting, which i can't, and the xbox app on Android tells me i have a suspension.
