    I wonder if anyone can help me I'm stuck on my Xbox series X I done a a factory setting reset and now I'm stuck on sign in I've put my email in and press enter and it just flicks back to sign in then won't go to password I've been having problems pressing the button and tried different controllers. Also a lot of factory resets when I pressed the button I have to press it 20 times for it to to register and let me go onto the next thing but once I get to sign in, it won't let me go any further

    Game can only be downloaded on a Series S and Series X, but not an Xbox One X. Xbox One X is not the same as a Series X.

    No such thing as an Xbox One Series X. The Xbox One family of consoles has an S and an X but are still just Xbox Ones. You need the Series family of consoles. The Xbox Series S or Xbox Series X. These are different from Xbox One S or Xbox One X.

    The "One" and "Series" are the console types.

    Because on my Xbox series x, it only shows 'Optimized for series x/s' but if a xbox series x version of a game is NOT 'optimized' how would i know if I'm playing a series x/s version of a game?
