    Hi anyone experienced the issue with Xbox series x hard drive?

    Basically out of the blue the Xbox started turning off by itself and games crashing randomly. I thought nothing of it untill it kept happening frequently so I text Microsoft about the issue, I’ve done all the steps so. Offline update crashes so, Apparently it needs to be repaired. I got in contact with someone in Microsoft who said They can do a free repair (as it’s out of warranty) but I cannot get hold of it because it was from eBay from when you couldn’t get hold of them. Now it’s gotten so bad that it’s corrupted Rainbow 6 siege and I can no longer install it digital or disc. I tried to see what else that could be done but Microsoft said they aren’t fixing them at this time? And third party companies say that it’s a problem only Microsoft can fix.

    Can anyone help

    Game can only be downloaded on a Series S and Series X, but not an Xbox One X. Xbox One X is not the same as a Series X.

    No such thing as an Xbox One Series X. The Xbox One family of consoles has an S and an X but are still just Xbox Ones. You need the Series family of consoles. The Xbox Series S or Xbox Series X. These are different from Xbox One S or Xbox One X.

    The "One" and "Series" are the console types.

    Because on my Xbox series x, it only shows 'Optimized for series x/s' but if a xbox series x version of a game is NOT 'optimized' how would i know if I'm playing a series x/s version of a game?
