Xbox series x

Hi, I am a longtime xbox and xbox live customer. I am continually disappointed by updates and products not being the same in Ireland as in many other countries including our near neighbours, England. Going back as far as xbox smart glass and Cortana never
worked here as it was marketed. Now we have been overlooked for the Xbox all access deal to purchase the Xbox series x. It is frustrating to the point that despite all the other benefits of all access, I am considering cancelling it. I would like to know why
we are excluded. Looking forward to hearing from you. Pat Keating.
