XBOX SERIES X WON'T UPLOAD CAPTURES

I suddenly can't upload anything to the xbox network. When I try to upload a capture, it goes through and even says screenshot successfully uploaded to the xbox network but it's not there. Can't view it on the app either. I also can't delete any captures. I have tried power cycling, clearing the cache, restarting, etc. No luck.

I'm on xbox series x.

Do you have an Xbox App? If yes, kindly check if your clips will be visible from there.

When you check your game clips the Xbox Network tab, are you seeing your game captures from there?

We need to validate so we can proceed with the next step which is resetting your console keeping your games and apps but doing the steps will delete local saved captures that’s why we need to check first.
