    XBOX Series X Won't Turn On & Can't Create Repair Ticket


    Hello all,

    I received the series x on launch day and it was working flawlessly all week. Unfortunately, I went to turn on the device today and it's completely dead. I've tried all the suggested solutions and it still won't turn on. It's clear to me that the power supply
    is shot.

    I've tried to create a ticket to request service on the console and unfortunately the website won't allow me to submit it. It keeps asking me to sign in to my account, even though I've signed in a dozen times. I thought perhaps this was related to language
    / region settings because I am located in Germany, but I tried switching that and I still can't submit a ticket. The same thing happens when I try to request a call from customer service. It simply won't accept my number and tells me there is an issue.

    So here I am with a broken unit, no way to contact support, and no way to create a request to have my device serviced.

    What to do? Microsoft....a little help here would be great.

    The same happens to me when I try to register/open the repair order for Xbox Series X but with my other account, I can register and open the repair order normally. You can also try talking to support and see if they can create the repair order for you.

    The options Diego provided are the best way to create a repair order. Be sure to let us know the results!
