    Xbox Series X won't turn on anymore


    After setting up the console yesterday, updating the console, controllers, downloading & installing 3 games and playing Forza Horizon 4 for approximately 4 hours. Today my Xbox Series X won't turn on anymore. The controller ist just blinking countinously,
    the power button does nothing. I've checked the power cable by both using another one and also tried the xbox one on a ps4 which worked btw. I'v unplugged the console for 30 seconds, 5 min and 2 hours before reconnecting all cables but nothing helped. It is
    dead. ‍♂️ Any Ideas?

    Bring Gotham City Imposters to Backward Compatibility

    The backwards compatibility team is working on the Series X so there won't be anymore games from the 360/original Xbox made back compatible until after the Series X launch.

    That said, I would love to see Gotham City Impostors made playable on the Series X. That game was so much fun!

    Same here.

    I upgraded from the ultimate pass on Xbox one X to the series X but it won't let me claim it on the series X.

    Also Tetris connected won't open either.

    HDMI Xbox Series S/X

    Hi,

    There is more than enough bandwidth for 1440P @120Hz with HDR on an HDMI 2.0 Monitor. On the current consoles Microsoft decided to lock HDR to 4K displays, but with the Series S that won't be an issue anymore.

    HDMI standards are backwards compatible, so you won't need an HDMI 2.1 compliant Monitor to use Series X or S on an older monitor or TV that only has HDMI 2.0.

    Xbox One X and S can be very fussy when it comes to full monitor support. But if you bought a monitor that fully supports the Xbox One X then it should support the same features on a Series X/S.

    My advice would be to check reviews of monitors actually running on the current consoles with 120Hz support. There are loads of videos on YouTube. Just looking at the specs on a website may not be enough.
