Xbox Series X wont sync games

Hello, i need help, i cant sync games if i switch location of my xbox connected to the same wifi.. when i move it from my desk to the TV it wont sync any game just error "There is a temporary network problem"

Have tried everthing with hard resets and so on! Last try now before geting rid of this xbox! Same problem happens to me if i switch port on router aswell (change place with other ethernet cable) any ideas?

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems. Please go to your network settings and tell me everything that appears in the "Current Network Status" section when you move your console.

Are you getting any unsuccessful UPnP messages?

Do you get any NAT not available messages?

In addition to this I would like to ask you, have you tried to connect the console to another network, for example using your cell phone as a mobile hotspot?

I will keep an eye out for any comments.

Hello, no messages about internet not running as intended. No i have not tried that but i mean this problem is very weird since im connected to the exact same wifi but when i move more close to the router it wont work

It is definitely something strange, please check if the same thing happens to you when connecting to a mobile hotspot.

Also, if your router has two frequency bands (2.4GHz and 5GHz), identify if the problem happens with both bands.

In case the same happens with these situations and you have already tried a hard reset, there could be a problem with the network card of the console, i.e., it would be a hardware problem and it would be advisable to send it to the repair center.

nope, most if not all current games on xbox one will be playable on the series x, eventually there will be games release just for the series x and they wont be playable on previouse console versions.

Xbox one s and Xbox one X are the same family, series x will be the new console and eventually (a couple of years down the line hopefully) games will only be release on the series x family so the xbox one x will not be able to play them.

I have a mix of xbox ones, xbox one s, xbox one x, xbox series s and xbox series x. I have 18 xboxes trying to download a game update with that many xboxes becomes a huge hassle time sync.
