Xbox Series X won't sign in/add profile

I copied this problem from a 3 year old post that found no solutions, hopefully someone has the answer?

I’ve tried restarting my Xbox, restarting my internet, resetting my Xbox and nothing has worked.

“I'm not sure if anyone has had any issues or luck fixing this but I have had issues logging into the system. It does not give me the option to add my email/password in. When I press "Add New" it gives me a white semi circle loading screen, then after a few minutes takes me back to the home screen. I've tried resetting, factory reset, power cycling, changing wifi, NAT type is set to open. Any suggestions?”
