    Xbox series x won’t power, customer service is terrible


    Dear all,

    I, like many, ordered my new console online and had it delivered today. I was excited to open it and start everything up. After downloading AC Valhalla, I started to play. Looked great! Crash. Restarted the console. Loaded AC, crash again. Restarted console.
    Wont turn on. Power cycle. Turned on. Tried again. Crash. Wont turn back on. Unplugged for an hour. No change.

    I go to call microsoft only to find, I cant. Scheduled a call after going through way too many menus. Waiting on the call. Called Gamestop, who I ordered through. Said to call microsoft. Called microsoft, told me to go online to schedule a call.

    I was told there are no replacements available. I can get a refund, a replacement when it becomes available, or maybe microsoft has a work around. In any case, terrible launch guys. Im not alone. Stop using call service centers on the other side of the world
    for US customers. The connection is terrible and English is an issue. It shouldnt be that hard to provide decent customer service for consumers who pay astronomical sums for your products when they fail to work.

    Still waiting on my call...

    There is a sticky thread in both enforcement forums telling you they are no longer in use.

    They probably should be locked down but aren't for some reason.

    At least you now know this for the future.

    Support are nothing to do with xbox live enforcement which is why they can't help.

    You were warned,your warning is the ToU/CoC that you agreed to when you started your account.

    You will not get a refund for anything i'm afraid & the rules are exactly the same on PSN although you do not get as many 2nd chances there.

    As long as your console is set to offline mode you can still play the majority of games although you obviously can't play online multiplayer.

    As the enforcement team do not use the forums you would need to look on the enforcement site to see why you were suspended & to file for a case review if eligible
