    Xbox series X won’t load games


    Hey, ive bought an xbox series x and most of my games keep crashing everytime i load into them. Even though they are the X/S versions it still crashes. Ive talked to microsoft teams and everything and ive factory reset my xbox with keeping the games and
    apps and nothings worked and ive deleted the games and reinstalled them and still have the crashing problem. Idk what do to?

    Yes. And it downloaded but only the COD for series x. Only one game shows in my games. The red mask season 4. And it won’t load. Takes me to store and then says I own it.

    Hello, i got the same problem when i got my console. Unfortunately I have to say tha your only option is to change the xbox with a new one. Dont send it into a repair services they wont find anything and you'll just lose time. You should call customer support
    and ask for an advanced exchange you need a credit card but you get a new xbox before you send yours in. Maybi ask you onnwhich date your console where built? This problem is upcoming with most from august, september and october models.

    Is the Seagate 1TB Expansion + hard drive compatible with Xbox Series X?

    So just to double check - if I get a Series X and I plug my hard drive into it, I won’t be able to play MWII? I will have to re purchase the game as the Series X version?

    Having to continually Xbox series x reset console

    Hello,

    Thank you for the speedy reply. When the series x gets turned off, when turning it back on, it won’t let me play games online. The network connection is working and connected however I still have to reset the Xbox. My son plays fornite and when he try’s to start the game it keeps asking for a sign in then looks like it will load and then asks for a sign in again. Have also tried playing vanguard and still won’t work. The only fix I have found was to reset the machine and it will load all games but it’s a real pain. The Xbox is only 2 months old! Any help will be appreciated.
