Xbox Series X wont launch sometimes

Hello,

Since omega april update on my Xbox series X, sometimes the Elite V2 controler cant launch the Xbox console.

When i push xbox button on Xbox, the console get up but nothing is show on TV, it's like xbox sending nothing.

I have to push button 10 sec to force shutdown the xbox and then I can power up with controller.

It happened two times since the omega april update, before I had no issue.

Is anyone else has the same ?

Its not xbox serie shut down sometimes.

It's the contrary, sometimes when i try to launch it with the controller, the xbox does not power on. Then i push the button in front of the xbox but nothing is shown on TV and controller not respond.

I have to push button again to shut down and power up again.

I thought fix it with a clear cache, but it happened again today.

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your Xbox series X. But don't worry, If your console shuts down unexpectedly while you are streaming content, try clearing your persistent storage:

1-Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2-Select Profile & system > Settings > Devices & connections > Blu-ray > Persistent storage.

3-Turn off and unplug your console, and then wait 5 minutes.

4-Plug in and turn on your console, and then try to stream the content again.

If the issue still persists, Please try one of the following solutions.

The console may be too hot. Turn the console off, wait for an hour to let it cool, then turn the console back on (also make sure your console is in a well-ventilated spot).

You can also change the console settings so it doesn’t turn off automatically.

Turn on the console.

1-Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2-Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Power mode & startup.

3-Under Options, set Turn off after to Don’t turn off automatically.

Back compat wont return until after Xbox Series X launches, Also it is up to Ubisoft wheather the 360 version will be BC. However there is a Xbox 1 version of FC4 too
