    Xbox series X won't connect to the internet


    Hello

    I personally think this console is a piece of garbage. It won't connect to the internet, wired or wireless.

    I looked and scrolled all over the internet for a solution. Nothing works.

    Wired it keeps disconnecting. Wireless it keeps disconnecting.

    It keeps asking me to log in, when wireless makes a connection for a while, then it shuts me out again.

    I look on the internet and thousands and thousands of people have this issue, and you guys haven't fixxed it since the release of the console.

    Now you probably say, don't get mad or frustrated. Well, i spend 500 euro on a console that doesn't do what you guys promised.

    It already drove me to utter frustration and already cost me a controller. Because after days of having this console, my frustration kept growing and growing that i demolished the controller. I actually want to throw the console into the garbage. That's how happy you guys make me having bought this console.

    Thanks for nothing.

    Same here.

    I upgraded from the ultimate pass on Xbox one X to the series X but it won't let me claim it on the series X.

    Also Tetris connected won't open either.

    Fair enough, a slow internet connection is as good excuse as any.

    Be aware however that while that drive will work on Series X, you won't be able to play Series X games directly from it. Series X games will require faster access and read speeds. My understanding is that the Series X games can be 'backed up' on an external
    drive and then need to copied/moved over to either the internal SSD or the External SSD's that will be available for the machine.

    The Series X will read and play Xbox One games from an external drive though.

    Internet connections is fine.

    I have tried everything.

    If it helps it won't test multiplayer, Nat (but is open)

    just says there is a problem but no error codes.

    Is not connected to Xboxnetwork. Has been before previously with no issues.

    I own the game on the Xbox series x but it won't allow me to connect the game to my profile which is on the Xbox series x and so it does not let me play online, If that makes sense.
