    Xbox series X won’t add profiles


    Hi! A few days ago I encountered an error with my profile where signing in brought a white screen with a black semi circle in it. Tried hard rebooting, restarting my router, deleting the account, adding it back (this last part didn’t work as I’m unable to add profiles).

    Where it explains that you have to factory reset and it will work. Well it allowed me to bring my account back, but I am unable to add any account as every time I select the option it brings the loading screen and pops me back to the main screen. Already tried re-doing every step but I get to the same point. Any ideas?

    Xbox series X won’t add profiles

    Hello!

    I have done the Xbox reset which let me add my account back however I can’t add my family or any other account (previously I had 3 accounts, now I only have mine because of this) every time I try to add one it just loads and brings me back to the main screen with no error.

    The shell version is 2206.0.2205.19001

    Os version is 10.0.22000.4975 (xb_flt_2206co.220622-1125)

You encounter a white screen with a semi-black circle when you try to sign in. You also provided me a thread, and in this thread, the user was experiencing an Error 0x80190005. Are you getting that specific error code? Also, could you please provide a screenshot of the issue you have described? Second, can you provide me with the following info?

    Provide System info

    • Click the Guide button on your Xbox controller and select settings
    • Then go to System
    • Then select Console Info
    • Then provide me the OS version & Shell version
    When did this issue start exactly? Did you completely reset your console and still have the problem?
