    My new xbox series x only seems to get wireless strength of 72% and its causing me terrible lag on every game i play.

    ive tried to reset the router, hard reset the console, tried the troubleshooting advised from the support team but nothing works!!

    so instead i plugged my older xbox one s and have it located in the same spot, and i have wireless stength 100% and the older console is fine.

    why is this happening, i thought the newer console would be brilliant

    Xbox downgrading (https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/accessories/controller-firmware-reversion) function doesn work is thair another way?

    If I may ask, is this an Xbox One Wireless Controller or Xbox Series X|S Wireless controller?

    No I do not have any external storage plugged in.

    For the test, here are the results:

    Hi yes, with my XBOX ONE controller all is ok. When i use my XBOX SERIES X controller with cable, it's seem to be ok too.

    It's really when i play with wireless on XBOX SERIES X controller....
