    Xbox Series X Wireless Controller D-Pad


    Hello, I love my new wireless controller, but I have one issue with it. When I press the "3 o'clock" position on the d-pad I do not get the same "click" that I get in the other positions. The controller still recognizes my entry, but I miss that nice
    sounding "click" and the feedback to notify me that my entry was received. Would the controller warranty cover this issue? I've tried to submit this question on the Xbox support site, but the site won't let me. I'm not sure how to submit this "claim".
    Can you help me?

    Xbox one controller

    The Xbox Series X controllers will work on Xbox One consoles, and the Xbox One controllers (including the Elite/Elite V2) will work on Xbox Series X too.

    The OP must be referring to this type of pad
    Xbox 360 Official Silver Wireless Controller.     These controllers have a new elevated D-Pad for more precision. This D-Pad is very useful for games like Street Fighter and Tekken.

    I'm pretty sure only the special edition 360 Slims have the new D-Pad controllers in the box. My recent 250GB Slim came with a normal black wireless pad. My nephews Gears of War 3 edition came with the new controller.

    Horrible Controller.

    Guys let me just be clear the problem is with the D-PAD and not the ABXY buttons.

    The d-pad sticks randomly in one direction and I have to go crazy on it to calibrate it lol.

    Also the d-pad is very retarded sometimes and moves in a direction different to what I pushed.

    Try this procedure: right stick, select one of the sensitivity presets.

    Scroll to Xbox Elite Wireless Series 2 Controller and select Configure. Select a profile to adjust or create a new one. Select the Edit button and on the Left Stick or D-pad tab
