    Xbox series X wired connection not working


    Like many people, my Xbox series x won’t stay connected to my wired connection. I’ve done all the possible trouble shooting there was suggested. Even talked to support and ended up sending my Xbox in for a replacement. Still no luck. The wired connection stays for few seconds only. I don’t have this problem at all with my Xbox one using the same cable and connection. Please advise. This is a fault in the system and there needs to be a solution.

    No, it's not possible to use an Xbox One or Xbox Series X|S controller on an Xbox 360 even connected with a wire.

    After reading others people’s posts who are having the same issue, it seems this may be a wired networking issue. I unplugged the Ethernet and connected via wifi and it works fine. The wired connection issue with the series X is widespread and Microsoft needs to address this.

    I’m having the same issue my Xbox series s all of a sudden it doesn’t connect to the network while it’s wired I checked the Ethernet cable and it works fine with other consoles so it’s not the Ethernet cable I don’t know what to do anymore
