    Xbox series X wired connection issues


    So before a moderator comes in and suggests to hard reset/turn modem off and on/ etc internet and modem is NOT AT FAULT, NO THAT DONT WORK SO GO AWAY WITH THAT COMMENT PLEASE.

    So I've replaced my Xbox series X thinking it was faulty and replaced with another brand new one and I'm still having these issues 2years later.

    My cable is new cat7 and my Xbox is sat near the modem with a short cable, when I turn my console to energy saving mode instead of standby it has these issues and won't connect via cable and having to resort to wifi connection. Microsoft are ignoring everyone with this clearly obvious issue that ALOT are having. What is your problem Microsoft? Instead of buying big game companies why don't you communicate with the gamers that PAID for your console

    For this game you need to be online

    After reading others people’s posts who are having the same issue, it seems this may be a wired networking issue. I unplugged the Ethernet and connected via wifi and it works fine. The wired connection issue with the series X is widespread and Microsoft needs to address this.

    No, it's not possible to use an Xbox One or Xbox Series X|S controller on an Xbox 360 even connected with a wire.

    I have one Xbox (Series X) wired via Ethernet. I can play on WiFi with no disconnects but I prefer a wired connection for gaming.

    Wired connection for the Series X and wireless for the Series S. Doesn't seem to make much difference.
