No software update would solve that problem usually happens when vsync is off or worse you arent using a good cable or your port just ain't fast enough

I have the same issue with my series x with a white screen at my account login. I've tried resetting my console (twice), but the issue remains. I will get logged in with the Xbox app for the initial login after resetting, but subsequent logins are back to a white screen. Is there any other way to fix this issue than a soft reset?

I cannot find the post again, but IIRC I saw people mention the electricity cable, some had to change it completely and some just had to turn it 180 degrees (switch holes/pins on Xbox energy cable).

When you mention that you are using a 4k/60hz monitor, are you using a PC monitor or TV? IF you have attempted this on three other displays and have done all other troubleshooting steps.
