My suggestion is to make a "Factory Reset".

it will refresh your system and delete any corrupted files that are causing issues.

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

- Select System > Settings > System > Console info.

- Select Reset console.

- On the Reset your console screen: Select "Reset and keep my games & apps".

You will have to sign in again.

No software update would solve that problem usually happens when vsync is off or worse you arent using a good cable or your port just ain't fast enough

The problem you are describing sounds like it may be a setting on the monitor/TV that is being used that needs to be changed.

Some of these monitors come with a variety of framerate and other default options on the screen itself--for example, my TV has a Standard, Movie, and Gaming mode available on it. Despite having consoles connected, I actually don't use the Gaming mode when I'm playing games because it causes a strange effect on my screen when I'm playing.

Have you tried looking up the manual for your monitor/TV and seeing if changing that option helps?

If the problem is because of the console, then the problem will still be present when you connect another TV or monitor into it. So you can try connect it to another TV or monitor and seeing if the problem is still there.

Finally, you can try changing the cable, as the problem could also be the cable that is in use.
