Xbox Series X Warranty Issues

Good day, tell me, maybe someone has encountered a problem, I recently purchased the Xbox Series X console and literally a week later it began to slow down and freeze in games and unexpectedly crash games, I decided to apply for warranty to Microsoft through my account, there the console is listed under warranty, but when I run the application it writes that guarantees no, and you need to pay an amount that is almost equal to the price of the set-top box, the set-top box was purchased in the same city and country from where the warranty request comes from, I attach screenshots

That's strange, I Have Xbox 360, Xbox one Fat, Xbox one X and Xbox series X, just my One X had issues, but I replaced trough the out of warranty service and all of them are currently working

This is the same issue I had with X Series X console. It's a hardware fault. You will need to get the console repaired or replaced under warranty.

Nothing to worry! You can request a warranty adjustment for your console according to the official Microsoft website: https://support.microsoft.com/en-US...ranty Support request form and select Submit.

"You will need to contact support in order to update the warranty start date for your Xbox Console. Before they can update your warranty, you will need the following:

Your sales/purchase receipt from an Xbox retailer.
Your Xbox Console serial number.

When you have your proof of purchase ready, submit a request to update your warranty.

Note: It may take up to 24 hours to update after it's been completed.

Here's how to submit a request to support:

Go to Microsoft account account.microsoft.com > Devices and locate your device.
Select Info & support and, if necessary, select Register to register the device and see coverage details.
On the row for Warranty claims, select Learn more.
Select submit a request.
Provide information on the Warranty Support request form and select Submit.

In order to update your warranty, you will need to provide a valid sales/purchase receipt from an authorized retailer. If your retailer isn’t on this list, don’t worry, you can send it to them anyway and they will validate it if it meets the following criteria.

A valid sales/purchase receipt will clearly indicate the retailer name, the purchase date, and the item purchased as shown in the example below (in English only). If the sales/purchase receipt does not clearly indicate these requirements, it will not be accepted. "
