Xbox series X warranty claim

I have a faulty XSX and have sent it back for replacement or repair to a service company in Sydney, NSW. It was sent as per instructions and I have tracked the package. It has arrived at the service centre and has been there for 5 working days. The status of my warranty claim has not changed since I lodged the initial claim and shows as "order created only".

How do I contact Microsoft service centre? As there are no emails or phone numbers to contact.

If you do need to contact support, you can request a call back or chat with them at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you don't see those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

In my experience, this isn't unusual and there's no reason to panic. Once the console has been repaired or replaced, the status will change on your dashboard and you'll get a tracking number via email. I have sent 3 devices for repairs in the past (2 consoles and the Elite controller v2), I only got details for one of them while there was no update for the other 2 until it was sent back and I received the tracking number. If this doesn't happen after 7 days of the date the device arrived the centre, then there may be a problem. But for now, I suggest you don't worry at all.

Hi, Georges. Neither game mentioned above is listed as an XBox 360 game. I'm currently trying to play on my XBox One-X (my series X is going to have to go in for a warranty claim, as it's turning on, but not currently able to display a picture

).

I believe that I had this happen with Spartan Runner on my Series X as well, and eventually I just gave up.

Same here.

I upgraded from the ultimate pass on Xbox one X to the series X but it won't let me claim it on the series X.

Also Tetris connected won't open either.
