I already spent more than 4 hours of my work time on this problem and I am willing to talk with a lawyer about a problem that I have with the Xbox team. If this is not solved I will proceed to claim this. I have called 4 times to customer services about an Xbox series x warranty, I got an Xbox with stains (mod removed ) now with the global pandemic situation it's an insult to the customers to give a second-hand Xbox for a warranty that doesn't specify in your policy (Just say a replacement, imagine get a second-hand computer). Secondly, there was a game inside my console (it was stolen from the warranty department ) I already talked with the customer service, they promised to give me my own game back. One of them created a fake policy that implied that they will give digital copies of the games that Microsoft steal to their customers, I asked them to send me the policy and he said that he can't show me " creating fake policies ". I appreciate it if I can get a brand new console for my warranty and my physical game back. (If I wanted to buy a second-hand Xbox series x with [mod removed] in the back for 300 dollars of discount I would do that but I didn't). This sounds like a joke but really it's the first time in my entire life that this happens to me with a company and more with a multimillionaire company like Microsoft.

I'm afraid that in this case, the console needs repair. If your Xbox model is Xbox One S, X, and Xbox Series S/X you can send it to Microsoft by following the instructions on this link.

That's strange, I Have Xbox 360, Xbox one Fat, Xbox one X and Xbox series X, just my One X had issues, but I replaced trough the out of warranty service and all of them are currently working

Hello Jamie, Xbox consoles can benefit from Microsoft's paid repair service, but only new generation Series S/X consoles.

The Fat, One S and One X consoles have already been discontinued and no longer have access to the paid repair service.
