    Xbox Series X Since the update 09.03.2021, I have not been able to use the Razer Thresher Ultimate Premium class headset because Xbox does not recognize the Headset and but on a Windows PC the headset works properly. So Xbox Series X 09.03.20212 The update made my Razer Thresher Ultimate Headset a hell of an expensive paperweight! : '(

    Is there any solution to this until today? I‘ve got the same problem and got my razer kaira pro replaced, also checked with different controllers (x one s and x series x controller) and the problem still exists. The headsets packaging says „designed for xbox series x“ so I wouldn‘t expect these kind of problems. Any help is still appreciated.

    Nope. Unfortunately there is no support for USB headset/microphone with Xbox. Some headsets do have a USB port, but these are Xbox compatible headsets. You will need to ensure you obtain a headset that is compatible with Xbox one. As you can see from the
    Razer site, the Razer Kraken is compatible with Xbox: https://support.razer.com/gaming-headsets-and-audio/razer-kraken-xbox-one/ but it
    appears the Kraken Ultimate is not compatible.
