    Xbox Series X turns on but won't start up


    Hello everyone!

    When I turn on my Xbox Series X (after many hours off) the led button is turning on but the fan doesn't spin and after 1 minute the led turn off. After 3 or 4 times the console start with the boot animation and it remains on with no issues. When I turn it off and wait for 3-4 hours the issue happens again!

    I changed the HDMI cable, the supply cable. I put the console in other place but the problem remains.

    I've already done the factory reset and nothing changes.

    I already sent the console to an assistance center in Germany. One week later I reiceved the console but the problem still remains!

    They said that "they do a factory reset and all possible hardware tests".

    Anyone can help me ? Any advices?

    I have an xbox series x. When turning the xbox on with a controller the system will turn on then immediately turn off and start again.
    Does this happen if you use the console on/off button?

    Is the console OS and the controller firmware up to date?

    Hello,

    have you tried the solutions in the category „Your screen is blank after you turn on the console“ in this Link?

    As example checked the Hdmi cable or antoher Hdmi cable or put the console in the 640*480 mode?
    Hello, I looked at the tags of the category, but it is not possible, because the xbox does not turn on. He doesn't send any signal to the TV.

    As for the HDMI cable, I switched the input on the TV (there are 3 different ones). I tried another cable I already had, but nothing.

    I don't think it's a peripheral problem. The xbox just doesn't turn on anymore.
