    Xbox Series X turning off by itself


    Hello Everyone,

    Somewhat recently, I had my Series X start turning off by itself after not being an issue for the first 6 or so months. It is summertime so I figured maybe overheating was the reason. However, it has turned off within a couple of mins after just turning it on for the first time of the day. To me, it also seems to be random as I have gone playing for hours with no problems and have had it turn off 4 times within an hour. The 4 times within an hour also prompted me to send my console in for service/repair with the work order I received back looking like no problems were found. Having it happen just now after getting it back from Microsoft service/repair has me looking for tips/suggestions.

    My setup/steps I've taken.

    1. Vertical position

    2. I've always had a fan on it since the beginning, even when not hot

    3. I've changed outlets

    4. Has happened on multiple games.

    It is strange that it only happens with YT.

    Try uninstalling the app and then perform this process:

    Go to Settings>System>Console Information

    And restart keeping your games.

    Note that the console accounts will be removed, so you will need to have the email and password for each account to log back in.

    Your progress, achievements, purchases and other data will remain intact, don't worry about that, you won't lose any data, the only thing you need to do is to log in again.

    Once completed, install YT again.
