    Xbox series X turning itself off


    My Xbox serise X keeps turning itself off while playing some game:

    - Se of thieves

    - Grounded

    - Skyrim

    - Elder scorlls online

    - Dead by daylight 5

    to name a few. This wasnt an issues at first it just randomely started to happy around January/Febuary time. I have looked at a few ways to attempt to fix it including:

    - Moving the xbox on its side

    - Making sure the plug is plugged directly into the wall

    - Turning off the 4K graphics

    - Putting the xbox on power saving mode

    - Making sure no discs were in the console

    - Made sure it was well ventilated

    - Tried resetting it (without having to reinstall games)

    i have run out of ideas of what to do and honestly is just making the xbox become unplayable. Has Microsoft made a statement about it or is there any fix?
    I would rather not have to send my xbox back to be without if for 2-3 weeks and then have to reinstall everything.

    Not necessarily fifa 21 xbox one version crashes and turns mine off so does fortnite

    It is strange that it only happens with YT.

    Try uninstalling the app and then perform this process:

    Go to Settings>System>Console Information

    And restart keeping your games.

    Note that the console accounts will be removed, so you will need to have the email and password for each account to log back in.

    Your progress, achievements, purchases and other data will remain intact, don't worry about that, you won't lose any data, the only thing you need to do is to log in again.

    Once completed, install YT again.
