Xbox series X turning it's self on

Since having the console every other time I shut the console down 10 seconds later the console then turns it self on and none of my 3 controllers will connect looses ll Bluetooth connectivity until I do a hard reset on the console and then have to connect
the controlers again anybody else

Do you have a wireless headset? Maybe a SteelSeries Arctic 9x? If yes, it might be the same issue as here:

I am familiar with this issue. I own a Series X myself, but in my case, thankfully haha, the console does not exhibit this behaviour. But this happens due to a hardware issue, it is advised that you trigger your warranty and send your Xbox to Microsoft.

Click on the "Enter" option, it will take you to your registered devices page, select "more details" in your xbox, then it will take you to a page that will inform your console warranty, below will have the option "Start Order" then, just follow the steps from there.

My son's Xbox Series X has tripped. We have tried to change the fuse however again we tried to turn it on, and it made a popping noise and blew the fuse.

Discussion of self repair isnt allowed so unfortunately the only thing anyone would be able to suggest would be to sent it into Microsoft for repair.
