Xbox Series X suddenly won't connect to Wi-Fi, any solutions?

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues connecting your Xbox console to your Wi-Fi. I understand that you've done some troubleshooting steps but none of them worked so far.

As part of our troubleshooting, please clear your alternate MAC. To clear your MAC address and restart your console, follow these steps:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system, then Settings.

In the General tab, select Network settings > Advanced settings > Alternate MAC address > Clear.

Restart your console. Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your controller to open the Power Center.

Select Restart console and then select Restart. (If the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds, until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the Xbox button on the console again to restart.)

Sign in to your console.

I tried everything as you suggested, but the issue persists. The Xbox One will connect to my mobile hotspot, but not to my Wi-Fi suddenly. My phone, Fire Stick, Xbox 360, and Switch can connect just fine to Wi-Fi.

Oh no, that's a shame. At least we tried, sorry it did not work
I will be trying this on my series x this afternoon, and hope any one of the options work for my issue

If that worked would that prove that the Wi-Fi receiver in the Xbox is at fault ?

As my Xbox series x and Xbox one connect and play perfectly online via the same Wi-Fi
