Xbox series x suddenly crashing when playing different games

I’ve been playing my series X regularly up until I downloaded and installed Jedi Survivor this weekend. The game kept crashing during the opening scene or upon start up. Tried troubleshooting by power cycling a few times, but ultimately returned the game and uninstalled. But ever since, any game up boot up crashes within 30 minutes. I have tried cleared cache, removing saved game data, soft reset that kept games and apps, and finally a hard reset to factory settings. I even let it sit for a day to ensure it wasn’t an overheating problem, and still the problem persist. I’ve tested with 4 different games, all which crash to the main dashboard anywhere from 10-30 minutes in. How can I fix this? Am I needing to send this in for repair?

Same I can’t even enjoy most of the games I used to play on my old xbox because it crashes every few minutes of playing.

Mine started doing this on December 9th 2023 and none of these fixes work. My return window closed 3 weeks ago...this is bull****.

Same happening to me with brand new X. Can play digital Tina wonderlands xbox one lesser version just fine but try the XS version it freezes in minutes. Shuts off and when turn back on no message. Have tried all the resets only thing left is changing 4k and HDR settings. Which will take it back to having an original xbox one so what’s the point

Same here buddy. 3 Years got mine a month into it becoming available. Anything that's major AAA game will crash here and there no rhyme or reason. I opened my box up and cleaned the hell of it although it wasn't very dirty. Did all the hard resets and the troubleshooting. Even bought an additional heat stopping fan on too. The system is without a doubt toast . But why, some say it's the mmc drive others hard drive. They want us to take Gamez off 4k and hdr. What the butt are they thinking as a company. Guess I was duped as I bought a brand new replacement xbox replacement. (My digital library is massive)

I like the series x more than my playstation. But my playstation 5 never had issues like this and I don't think it ever will.

The fact as a company they won't fix them without paying $300 is absolutely 100% messed up and downright awful.

Nobody was talking about it but lets change that!

I'm having the same issue with all my games. It boots me after about 10 minutes from any game. Then goes to home screen, and sometimes resets the console. I don't know what to do.
