Based on your description, you are experiencing FPS stuttering issues with Xbox Series X. This issue has been happening since last year. Let us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner for you to get back to gaming.

So, we notice you have been posting about this issue since last year and there has been no details about the Xbox Network shared on the threads. We would like to ask if you can provide us a screenshot or picture of your console's Xbox Network:

• Kindly go to Xbox Console's Settings.
  
• Select Network and Network Settings.
  
• Look for NAT Type and error message/code.
  
• Please post a screenshot or picture on your next reply.
  

Since this has been happening to every game, may we know if you have tried to use different network? You may try hotspot of mobile data or Wi-Fi. Make sure to check or test your network by following the steps above.

Also, have you tried the configuration of your console for FPS boost and auto HDR? This may be available to some games.

1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then select My games & apps > See all.
   
2. Highlight the tile of any game and then press the Menu button.
   
3. Select Manage game and add-ons.
   
4. Select Compatibility options.
   
5. Enable FPS boost and auto HDR by ticking the box.
   

This step is also dependent on your setup if the game is boosted to 120 FPS this should be paired of 120 HZ-capable TV and console's display settings set to 120 Hz. Few steps you can try to achieve this:

1. Make sure that your console is on the latest update:
   
   1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select Profile & system > Settings > System > Updates.
      
   2. Select Update console and apply any updates as needed.
      
2. Make sure that your TV supports the 120 Hz refresh rate. This varies by TV model. Be sure to consult your owner’s manual for your TV to enable this.
   
3. Change your console display settings to 120 Hz:
   
   • Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select Profile & system > Settings > General > TV & display options.
     
     • Select Refresh rate > 120 Hz.
       
     Note If you don’t see an option for 120 Hz, select 4K TV details under Setup for more information.
     
4. Enable FPS boost in the compatibility settings for the game:
   
   • In My games & apps, highlight the game desired, and then press Menu > Manage game & add-ons > Compatibility options.
     
   • Enable FPS boost.
     

Note Native HDR games that are boosted to 120 FPS need to have HDR disabled if your resolution in video settings is set to less than 4K.

As of the moment of this writing, WarZone does not yet have Xbox Series X/S "Optimized" logo on my personal Xbox Series X although I see in the news it is.... You may need an edition or update for avoiding running in Xbox One emulation mode for the moment, and it not being written as "native' game for Series X/S, may relate to its stuttering at 120hz. This may be a question for the game developer more than for Xbox.

However, I wanted to reiterate that having to force-enable the 120hz at 1080p (or any other supported resolution/refresh for that matter), is a symptom of a cable without enough bandwidth needing a newer cable to fix, so you may be experiencing more than one issue at the same time.

It is a software and game developer issue though like AC Valhalla was stuttering like crazy at launch on the Xbox Series X for example. Something really only Xbox and game developers may fix.
