Xbox Series X stuck on startup

    Xbox Series X stuck on startup


    So it crashed when I was playing MHW and I hard reset with the power button. But now whenever it turns on it gets stuck on that Xbox logo on the start up screen. I'm not sure it's frozen because I can see the logo sort of shimmer every 4 or so seconds,
    but it just stays there forever.

    I cant find any guides or notices about this issue anywhere, I cant factory reset because the Xbox doesnt actually progress past the startup. Hard resets dont work, and I'm fresh out of ideas.

    Same here, and I can't even submit a ticket to have it serviced because it'll keep telling me to sign in and do it all over again

    Microsoft haven't said it is. I believe the green Xbox One startup screen will stay, and the Xbox Series X/S will get the new Xbox boot up screen.
