Xbox series X strange behaviours

Hi, sorry in advance for eventual mistakes but english is not my first language. I just brought a brand new Xbox series X about a week ago and I'm experiencing some strange behaviours. I would really appreciate some help to figure out if everything is fine or not.

Before starting to expose these issues I want to highlight few things: I've never used the console longer than two hours in a row (with a big gap of time between each gaming sessions),

The console is setted in energy-saving mode and located in a quite well-ventilated spot with my A.C. keeping the temperature of the room constantly at 19°C

The suspicious behaviours are:

1. The external temperature of the Xbox reach an uncomfortable high level in just one hour after starting it (when the A.C. is on, usually at 17° or 19° C, this is slowed a little)

2. Sometimes a quiet rustle can be heard coming out of the console, even if it was just turned on, and continues for about a minute when it's turned off. This exact thing happens with the fan too.

3. Everytime, after about a minute from being turned off, the console starts emitting a loud beeping-like sound and the fan start spinning. This events lasts just for few seconds and happens only once for each time I turn the Xbox off

The message might be long, but I really wanted to be as precise and clear as possible.

Imagine your English is very good, I'm not very good at English either, it's really normal for this to happen, in a recent update the Xbox improved the ventilation on the Xbox, making the console always at a good temperature.

I have already done the clearing cache option.

It is working now, but this behavior keeps coming back.

I don’t think a hard reset solves anything in this case, but will try after next time.

First, check if there aren't any pending updates for your console, if it does, update it, please.

After you do that, try to restore your console as well.

First, clean the cache of your console that way:

1. With the console turned on, hold the XBOX power button on the console for 10 seconds until you hear a small sound.

2. Wait 10 seconds.

3. Turn it back on.

Note: It may take a while for it to turn on, don't worry, it's normal.

Then, restore your console keeping the games and apps:

***IMPORTANT*** If you share accounts with someone, you will have to redo the process of placing the account as the main one again, be aware of the chances you still have to do this, as Microsoft makes available per year, only 5 chances so you can make some account your console's main account.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the dashboard.

2. Select System > Settings > System > Console Information >

3. Select Reset console > Restore and keep my games and apps.

4. When asked to pull settings from an old Xbox, choose no, thanks

5. You will have to log in to your accounts again, and when you sign in with your account, make sure you turn it has your home console also, that's it.

NOTE: Rest assured, you won't lose games or saves

I see. If this keeps happening my friend, could be a hardware issue indeed.

In that case, it's recommended that you activate your warranty and send it back.

hey, im no expert but yeah, its from the disk tray, put a disk and turn it on, see if it works
