    I have just opened and started up my Xbox ,and I have seen that I am missing 200 gigs of storage. It says I only have 800 gigs instead of the 1 terrebyte that has been advertised non stop. Is this normal?

    External SSD on Xbox Series X?

    The games on the SSD will run fine on it. You won't need to move them to the Xbox Series X storage to play them. Only the Xbox Series X games & games optimized for Series X will need to be played on the consoles own storage.

    Hi,

    Both Series X/S games and Xbox One games that been optimised (I'm British) for Series X/S must be installed on either the internal storage or the expansion card. They can not be run from a USB connected storage device. My optimised Series X/S Xbox One games
    were moved to my Expansion card during their update.
