    Xbox series X still shutting down


    Yesterday I was on the console for a few hours while playing 2K21 next Gen. today I decide to get on and play some zombies on Cold War. About 30-40 minutes pass and the game does a hard shut off on me. I decided to give it another go right away and not even 5 minutes passed and it shut off again. At this point I’m starting to think it has nothing to do with the console itself but the game COD. Im gonna lay off of it for a while until a fix happens, I don’t want to risk damaging the system. Any tips? Oh yeah and I’m Glad to know I’m not the only one going through this.

    Yes I did this the other day and it still shuts down after I quit the game, I have checked all my settings and nothing is set for the series x to shut down when I quit a game.

    The only reason I don’t think Xbox 360 servers will be shut down anytime soon, even after series X comes out, is that you still have games that I’ve just been added to backwards compatibility and those games will continue on when series X comes out. A
    lot of the backwards compatible games have multiplayer elements that need servers so it wouldn’t be a good idea to shut down games you just released.
