xbox series x still doesn't work properly

My xbox series x takes forever to play games. original xbox, 360, xone, whatever. disc or downloaded. I will try to play a game and nothing happens. i have to press A to launch the game numerous times before anything happens. half the time the game starts to play, then quits. if it decides to play, it takes 5 minutes to sync data, then maybe launches. sometimes i have to restart the xbox and that works.

I tried to do a hard reset, but nothing happened and it simply powered off.

I've had this thing less than a month and it doesn't work. what do i do with this?

There is only one thing that can be done and that is to send it in for a repair. It must have some kind of a hardware problem that is making it act up. As you have had it for less than a month you should still have an active warranty. Contact xbox support and send it in for a repair for free.

Same issue on Xbox Series X,

I deleted data from 'worlds' and 'resources' but still end up with an 'update' button that doesn't work after redownloading it again.

I can't find one designed for series x controller. They are all for xbox one controller and don't fit series x controller properly.

The 144 Hz monitor should work fine with an Xbox Series X console. Make sure you set the refresh rate properly in the Xbox Series X settings.
