Xbox series x sound popping and crackling

Hello a few days ago I bought the xbox series x but immediately I realized that the audio on the dashboard is plagued by a bad noise I am attaching the link of the youtube video. Moreover, often when I switch from a game to the dashboard and I am a chat group for a few fractions of a second the audio of my friends is lost. I state that I have performed all the tests that I found in the guidelines and I have optical fiber as a connection and open nat and that with my xbox one x that I had previously this problem was not present. I discovered that many on the net have had the same problem months ago but there seems to be no solution you at microsoft are you aware of the big problem for a console paid for € 500?

Same problem here, random static noises in-game and the menu.

I really hope it can be corrected, its a great console otherwise

Microsoft, it's really software problem. All the owners of any wireless headsets complain on this issue.

I returned my first console because of this issue and the second console has the same problem. I am assuming this a software issue and that many people just simply don’t notice it.

Any word on this issue being worked on? A factory reset does not fix the issue and a lot of people are experiencing this exact same thing. It is 100% an audio bug software side. It is not an issue with the hardware. Find it disgraceful no one from Microsoft has commented on this since June abs even then Aicha T hasn’t listened to what the problem is and given a generic response that doesn’t help anyone. If a Microsoft rep sees this please acknowledge that this is an issue and report to the right department who can fix this bug.
