Xbox Series X “something went wrong” screen

I purchased a Series X recently and it worked perfectly up until a week ago. Every time I click on a game I got the “something went wrong” screen with error code 0x8007013d. I looked for this code but was unable to find any information about it. This is happening to both digital and physical copies of games. I was only able to play COD: Vanguard and Minecraft. I did a hard reset, factory reset, and an offline update. Today I picked up a replacement console from Best Buy and am having the same issue on the new one. I am only able to play Far Cry 6. Has anyone else experienced this or does anyone have other suggestions? I appreciate any and all feedback. Thank you!

That’s what I’m thinking as well but it just seems high unlikely I would get two Xbox’s with the same exact issue. But at the same time I have no idea what else it could be. I appreciate the feedback!

Sorry but if it's happening to any games and any account on that console regardless of network and after doing a factory reset and offline update, that means, there's really an issues with your console. I totally understand that you are having issues with the console. No worries, I have here the link to request a service for your console, make sure to register it first:

Once registered, click show details then Start a service online.

I do not currently have an external hard drive plugged in.

Yes I connected to my mobile hotspot just now and the issue persists. I also took it to a friends house two days ago and connected to his network and I was having the same problem still.
